I found this very interesting - esp the part about LEAD in Vinyl mini blinds?

I did hear that as well....and thought that maybe sanding it is not a good idea? for what reason I dont remember(its late now!)

My old grooved one I gave to my friend and I have not grooved the newer t stand - but I will and try to get pics.
