For the water and food cups - I have used 4" PVC end caps and either screwed them or glued them onto the stand. Poop tray hmmmm......I have always just used a dry erase board placed on the floor below the stand itself - very very easy to clean off - I suppose you could make a 3'x2' frame and put a piece of the dry erase board into the frame to use that way....hmmmm....I might have to try this idea out!! Thanks - let me know how it turns out!!!

You could try a restaurant supply store - they might have all sorts of tray-like things.

I've been thinking of building playstands and toys, so I will be interested to see how yours turns out! :)

Well if a cafeteria tray is large enought... then maybe a "cookie sheet" is a good alternative? You can get them pretty large now adays with the lips on the edges and everything.

I used a plastic tote lid for Maxie's old perch. It was pretty big.

Once you find the right overall size container and lid, if the container is too tall, just cut it down to the size you want. If using a too-tall container (if its 3x2), it can be trimmed so it can contain some of the extra stuff. Or, you can build a wood base and put a sheet of aluminum in the bottom -- or dry erase board (but why spend that money), or even tarp which can be taken up and shaken or washed. If the item can be easily moved, then it will be a lot easier to clean. Make it look good so your bird will like it more.
