It is real easy to make these things top heavy, especially after you start adding on toys.
What you can do to help counter that is to fill the bottom pieces with cement or sand then seal them off. Keep in mind the strength of the casters you are using to make sure they can handle the weight. Worse case scenario where you can't find the size tray you are looking for is to cut a piece of tarp, add eyes to the corners and attach them to the four base posts. Kinda like an upside down parachute. The tarp would be easy enough to take off to dump out food and then set on the floor to clean the poop off. Just another idea... Actually, you could use any fabric to catch debris. With fabric, after you dump out the debris you can just throw them into the washer to clean the poop off.

yes i have
it's complete cept i have to sand down the main perches and i contact cement 2 pvc caps back to back (one is 1" to fit the pipes and the other is 3" as the dish that was the biggest i could find at the small hardware store close by - i had to walk) its easily taken off to wash just dont' push it in all the way probably 3/4 of the way and it wont' be stuck i spent $115 for the pvc but i mis calculated somewhere hehehehe so i have about 15-20ft extra of the pipes some connectors and stuff and the non pvc items cost about 30$ (wheels, screws, eye hooks, brackets) so in total it would be 145$ but since i had extra pvc left over it would be closer to $100 ish (canadian) EH! lols which is still considerable cheaper than a site i saw selling the pvc play stand i got my main idea from which they sold for about $350 (not including shipping) |

When you made this, did you check it out all finished to see if it would stay put and not fall over when the bird(s) got on the edges somewhere? That's the only thing that would mess this up because it's so tall. In my case, I have lovebirds so they couldn't mess it up even with several perching on one spot. By the way, what Pet dept. do you handle in BC? Couldn't you have ordered one wholesale?!
