the last one wasn't good enough for her, oh now, I can't just thread the tubes on and tie it and call it done, no no no I have to string beads in the middle of the tube, and cut slits in the edges so that they can destroy it faster so I have to make them more often.

Well.. it is safer for the fids with the beads in there..

You don't just have a length of string for them to possibly get tangled in once the cardboard tubes are gone...

And has added beak attraction of the ruffles...
