Vittacritter Questions

I have emailed vittacritter a few times with no answer, maybe you guys can help me out, I want to start dying with vittacritter dye I bought teh sample pack and in the instructions it says to use either water or rubbing alcohol to apply it, I like teh rubbing alcohol for the dissinfecting attributes as well as fast drying times to prevent mildew. Now for my question, should I buy the 72% or the 90 or 99%?? what is a better choice and what is safer?

Thanks in advance

I'd have to say to use the 72% since that is considered "standard". This strength has the fastest bacteria kill time. Higher strengths can have adverse effects on your skin.

I just buy the standard alcohol at the Dollar store and since they are smaller bottles, use 2 with a good capfull of the dye in it. Then I take whatever is left and pour it back into the empty bottles for the next time.

cool thanks guys, since I have the sample kit for now, they recomend taking a 16oz bottle pouring out 1oz, than pouring the 1oz dye into the bottle to mix. Any tips on applying teh dye to wood, do I dip or brush on with foam brushes?
