MATERIALS i used (u can modify it):
10ft manila rope
11 ft stainless steel wire (12 guage)
tape
glue gun
2 zip ties
2 pvc end cals with 2 holes drilled into it (holes should be the same size as the wire. cap should be same size as the rope)

u first cut your rope and tape both ends (to hold it together)
then u cut your wireand pose it up through the start of your boing (poke extra through)
poke the wire through the hole int he end cap
ans then poke it through the send hole (this is the tricky part. u gotta make sure the wire goes bak through the centre of the rope)

zip tie the end (as close as u can get it to the end and super tight)
put hot glue in the cap
push the rope up so it reaches the end of the cap (u gotta do this fast as hot glue dries fast)

this is the easy part.
putting the wire through the rope

u untwist the rope a bit and push the wire in the centre of the rop
as u go down the rope's length
u gotta twist the rope tight ( if u dont the boing will be loose and may become slippery around the wire)

when u get to the end

then u repeat what u did with the top to finish it off
and yer done

the end seem to be more tricky than the start

u dont have to use a pvc cap
u can use woddren toys or whatever

hope u understand my instructions

lol if not i'd be happy to clarify it
