wood dowels

so i was at rona (like a home depot)

and saw dowels that said "natural hard wood"

i asked the staff but wasnt sure

and i didnt wanna risk it

where do u get your pine dowels?

well most hard wood dowels are ash/oak sometimes cherry/beech hmm pine dowels you usually don't see them because it is a soft wood and dowels are mainly hardwoods.

i actually have only seen them once. not in a while though.

Check at craft stores. At least the craft stores around me have pine dowls. I would be sure they are pine though since oak is toxic and I think cherry is as well.
