well. i was looking and found few ideas...one being the following site
Suction Cup Hooks - Suction cups attach to any smooth surface and include hooks for hanging. or you could look at aquarium supply website/or stores. THey will have replacement suction cups and such for aquarium equipment etc...that you could easily use for your shower perch!..:) hope this helps!

Just thinking....I bet this will work:
using a dremmel you cut a wide enough slit down the pipe to slide the suction cup nubby into..... after you put the suction cup on you just put an endcap on so it can't slide off again (covers the rough edges too).

I drilled through them and screwed them into the endcap.
