Another PVC Gym

Hey everyone,

A few weeks ago my husband and I made a PVC play gym for our goffins 'too inspired by Jim's. We spent $50 (a bit more than we'd hoped to) but it was easy and quick and she loves it. Here are some photos:

Where did you get those pipes? I think you called them PVC? or is that something different

She mutilates. Since this photo was taken we have been able to have her out of the collar for several days at a time before she opens herself up again.

PVC just means plastic pipes like they use for some plumbing for houses. It is common in hardware stores in the US and very inexpensive.

we got our PVC pipes at Menards. I just got the 1/2 inch pipes because our birds small and some connectors. The 1/2 inch pipes were .97 for 5 feet and the bags of connectors were like $2. So we made a cute little gym for $10.

Ofcourse our bird will be MUCH smaller than a too though! You did a great job it looks really nice and fun.

I have to advise you to ake that yarn off. I'm not being mean I just wanna give you a heads up. Yarn has long fibers and is made ot not break easly and because it also frays very easily its a huge toe catcher and if digested it can cause many problems with digestion.
