to anyone familiar with VitaCritter

I got the vitacritter sample pack and read on the website where the yellow can separate but the red seems to have separated there are a bunch of chunks in it (the yellow appears fine) so I heated it slightly but it is still lumpy :-s I have called and written to the company on wed, but they have not responded yet anyone with any experience have any ideas?

I would guess that some of the dye has come out of solution. I know that they are really concentrated. If it was me, I wouldn't worry about it. If it bothers you, you can filter the chunks out with a coffee filter or something. :)
