Our New Home Made Play Center

Ok so jemma my partner had an idea to make a play gym for Bluey our ringneck parakeet. So we gave it a go it`s made out of a wooden clothes airer and some toys and plastic cups loo roll straws and some coffee filters. I didn't think it wuled work but it did and it is brill here are a few pics of it

Very nice! Looks alot like mine (without the uprights and orbiter I added).

If the dowels are too slick for them, you can wrap them with vet wrap. The birds are a bit more confident when it's easier to grip.

This is great. If you do not mind I have one of these hanging around the house and I am going to use your idea. What a great Play Area! Seems that the home-made play areas are so much more fun to look at!
