Made a few toys (pics)

As most of you already know I'm lacking in the good picture taking dept.
ANYWAYS..

Here is a perch I bought it cheap on sale at bird.com a while ago, I forget what kind of wood it is. You can use any safe tree branch or wooden perch for this.
All I did was drill a few holes here and there and stuff a few nutriberries in it.
I think I can consider this a "foraging toy"

I don't know what this is suppose to be, it's made from paper towel role, and cardboard box. The pieces on it can spin around.
I'm sure it wont last long..

Tiki seems to like this one

Little "mobile" type toy with a bell.

And this one is my favorite!
I took apart a swing that I had bought cheap, and used spare toy parts I had.
This is what came of it, it's a pretty big toy.

Sorry, I have to ask..what is that covering the PVC pipe? I am curious because I was going to make a playstand from PVC but I was worried about the plastic being bad to chew on so when I saw this I thought that was cool. Thanks!

It's vet wrap. The plastic of PVC isn't bad for them to chew on, just sand off the ink.
Although I've seen some with the ink still on.
If your birds can get a good grip on it (macaws should be able to) you shouldn't have to wrap it, maybe sand it down or put some ridges in it with a knife.
The wrap is just to make it so he can get a firm grip.

Wow! What imagination. I have been wondering what to do with the toys that Cali is destroying! And she seems to love common household items more than her toys. Great Toys!
