Question clucky female

Our 4 year old female eclectus Sally is very clucky. We bought her a nesting box because she was pulling out feathers. Since having her box, she has laid a few eggs and still plucking out quite a few more feathers. The problem is that when we put the male eclectus in the cage with her, she bites the crap out of him and chases him around the bottom of the cage. Do they get picky with their partners? Or are we just doing something wrong?

Sally is still picking out feathers to the point that she is completely bald in areas and bleeds quite a bit after pulling them out. If anyone has any suggestions at all, it would really be appreciated.

My advice to you is to go to Eclectus Parrots there are many sections there as well as one to ask questions and get you the help you need.
I wish you well.
