I've noticed for the past few weeks, ever since I've taken off her vest that Mai Tai has been shivering. At first it looked like when they get out of the shower and they shiver a little. But now her whole body is sorta shivering?

She gets a great diet, poops look normal. She's acting normal otherwise. She has been on Avicalm for a while due to clipping and plucking from the move. The only other thing I can think of is egg laying? she's been in breeding mode since I've had her and showing no signs of stopping as of yet.

I've felt her vent area tonight per Nancy's suggestion, and I felt 2 (not 1, but 2 Nancy) small bumps. They are smaller than a thimble. and Hard. almost bone like. they are between her legs, not down by the vent.

I have e-mailed Carolyn for help also. Does anyone have a clue? Oh, and my heat is set to 72-74. Although I do feel like we a bit chilly at night. Could it just be that she is cold?

do they shiver when they are in egg-laying mode? I didn't know that.
