Good Luck!

Im having the same dilema, scared of getting the wrong type of food for her. I found a fruit and nut mix at the local health food store and besides being heaps cheaper than buying a small bottle of them at a pet shop i know they are better cause I can eat them too, and I do, one for her two for me.. Its great its got almonds, cashews, peanuts, sultanas (doesnt like them) banana chips loves them, dried paw paw and kiwi, as well as that I feed her millet endlessly, apple, multi grain bread corn sunflower seeds and trying to get her interested in greens ,but not very successful as yet. Its funny when i bought the mixed nuts stuff the other day the owner of the store said he should sell to pet shops as so many people are buying their food for their birds. Guess you just cant get good quality and amounts of this kind of food for birds in australia unless you are lucky to have a more boutique store nearby, and they are few and far between.

Exotic parrot ownership is still quite new in australia, so they haven quite caught up to the rest of the world.
