Question Beak Color

I was just wondering at what age Eclectus males usually complete the transformation from black to candy corn. Sunny is almost 15 months old.. I was looking through some photos and it seems as if he has more black now than he used to. He are some photos in order from oldest to newest.

It can take up to 2 years or longer for a male eclectus to get their beautiful beak color. It is different in each bird. Zazu's has changed a lot on the last 8 months.

When we got him 3/2007 (thought to be about 10-12 months old)

A year later 03/2008

It has already changed a lot again already.
