Maybe try putting a bit of food in the cage right away, before he squawks, or leave a little in his cage the night before so he has something to nibble on in the morning. Same thing with his dinner. Try to put something in his cage before he starts, while you then fix his regular dinner on your schedule.
Is he getting enough to eat? Are you weighing him weekly? If his weight is fine, and he's merely demanding his food, try to get some food to him earlier however you need to do that. Hope it works!

Usually I put some seed mix in at night and when I go to work, I have been feeding him alot, as much as he will eat, but I don't have a scale for him right now.
I take out the fresh food when I am at work and at night but he's always got something to eat.

It's very typical for them to squawk the entire time they are eating or just after eating for quite a few months.
Like Chapala said, try to give him something right away, while you are preparing the fresh food, but don't stress over the squawking noises that are food related. When he's older he will no longer do that. Sometimes a soft, mushy food from you hand will comfort him at times like this.
