Do not use oven bags unless you are 100% sure they do not contain teflon. Also be ware of your pots and pans, toasters, toaster ovens, rice cookers, crock pots, etc, most contain teflon too. Just a friendly reminder, cheers. Other than that, eat, drink, and be merry! :54:

Hello I'm new to this hope I'm doing it right! I posted a HELP call in reference to my 21 year old bird who is a sweetheart. She suddenly started passing droppings that were like pea soup encompassed by giant pee patches. Her tail bobbed as she sat on her perch. Suddenly, she cried out and rolled uncontrolably all over the floor (I took her out of her cage incase she hurt herself) rather than let this continue I held her until the attack passed it happened quite a few times in one day. Prior to the attacks she became wobbley on her feet. All has passed, her droppings have now changed no longer are there giant urine patches, the droppings house all little round seeds. She is eating and drinking.. In my last post I did mention the water where we live in Mishigan is heavily chlorinated. My bird who has lived on bottled water for 21 years was unknown to me given tap water for a couple of weeks prior to this by my helpful hubby so, I wrote it could be the water all the chemicals or it is all age related? Anyway, there are no avian vets here and I wonder if anyone has has any helpful tips for me as I love my little Petee dearly! I am putting vitamin drops into her water 2 per day as she is older, is there anything else I should add to her diet? thanks Night Eskimo:thumbup1:
