small cut on tiel! advice needed please

Last night my tiel Dandy had a night fright when I was finally able to check her she has a small cut on the bald spot of her head behind her crest. I wanted to clean it but didn't want it to burn or be something she could transfer around to her feathers or mouth. So I made up a solution of grapefruit seed extract and water and used it very diluted. It has not bled any further and I felt her head for any other bumps or wounds. So should I just watch it and make sure it doesn't reopen. Should I clean it with something else? Or should I take her to the vet in the morning. It is very small it's like a little dot. She probably scraped it on something.

Frankly, I wouldn't have thought to use it, but why not? If it improves, then you've just invented yet another use for GSE.

yeah outlaw I thought of that because not to gross anyone out but I've had a recurring boil for years and I've had surgery for it even. I started using gse and it's healing wonderfully. And it doesn't burn. I know you can use aloe vera on birds but as good as my first aid kit is that's one thing I forgot. So in a pinch I used that it didn't seem to bother her like burn or anything. And it hasn't started bleeding again. So I'm gonna try to put some on again in the morning but her crest was so stuck to her head it was hard to get to the spot. Because she was mad so she had her crest down. The poor thing.
