No electricity?

I received notification that during the day tomorrow our apartment complex will have sporadic power outages. I am a little concerned because it has been 90-95 degrees here. Do you think that everyone will be ok with out the a/c? What should I do? just open windows?
I have a tiel (5 months) and a p'let (6weeks). I am pretty sure the cats will be fine they seem to just hibernate when they get too hot. My pug will be with me at work.
Thanks!

If you can leave some water in a shallow dish for them to go in and bathe in during the day. Also leave a fan plugged in and on so that when the power is on the air will be circulated. A good oscilating fan would work well. Place it away from the birds as far as possible and then point it at this slightly above their cages--this will provide a slight breeze stirring the air making it less hot. After you set it up, stand in front of the cages to see if the air from the fan is too strong, adjust as needed. Be careful of your parrotlet, as they can get sick from breezes. You want to stir the air not have a full force wind. Keep the windows open.
