I've seen the add on tv but can't say if its safe or not, however good ole mint or mint toothpaste around the area that they are coming in might help???

Well I got some and I sprayed it outside to see how it was and it was the most awful smelling stuff ever! It has plant based ingredients supposidly but it doesn't have the ingredients listed and it said scented with natural clove it was gross! I'll stick to the camicide and I'll try the toothpaste.

I have a can of it, and I use it sparingly in the house, well away from the bird cages. When the weather is permitting, I move everyone out to the patio, and then spray the kitchen. (Living in Florida, we are prone to having little buggy visitors) It doesn't smell the best, bit it takes care of business with no ill effects to the flock.

I have a serious ant problem myself. If you mix equal part vinager and water and wipe everthing down including the floor it does deter them from comming in. I just tried it myself yesterday on one area to se if it worked and it did, so today I am going to wipe down the whole kitchen with it. IT STINKS!!!
