Spinach Question!
We want to feed our bird(budgies, lovebird, tiel) spinach. But is it good for them? We've been going to various websites; some say it's not a good idea to give them spinach
 , while others say it is good for them . So we're confused and we need help. Thankyou if you can help.

Spinich is ok occasionally but not every day. It has something in it that prevents the absorbtion of calcium but it also has good vitamins too so a little bit every once in a while is ok.
