I have a male (Not completely sure but he has all the traits of a male) lutino cockatiel that is one year and four months old. Recently he will not stop chirping. He chirps/cries constantly no matter what is going on. Normally he would stop once he was on my shoulder or cuddling with me, but recently nothing seems to satisfy him :( I have tried everything! He just won't be quiet and it is driving me crazy! Help! Is this mating behavior?

No, it doesn't sound like mating behavior. It sounds like something is bothering him. What changes have you made in your household? Do you have other new pets? A new boyfriend? A new job? Have you moved his cage or added new foods? How many hours of solid sleep is he getting? Are there any interuptions in the middle of the night?
