Question lovebird plucking feathers

my peach faced love bird has plucked all her tail feathers out for a while now and she is not allowing it to grow back and yesterday she laid an egg, i dont have a male.
please tell me what to do

She probably wanted those feathers for a phantom nest. She'll probably lay a few more eggs since her system is programmed to do so right now.

After all the eggs have been layed, gradually reduce daylight hours to about 10. Move her cage to a different part of the room or even to a different room. Rearrange the toys and perches in her cage.

If you're petting her, stop. That is sexually stimulating.

If you gave her a nestbox, remove it after the egglaying has been completed.
