Arrow Well...

I think that, as long as the cage isn't too small; sure. Why did you think otherwise?

I'm not too sure about keeping a 'Too outside, but I do think yellow was a bad color to use (JMHO). I could hardly read what was written.

On to you question.... what type of neighborhood do you live in. 'Toos can get quite loud, which is something your neighbors might not be too happy with.

Good luck.

Im living in north of scotland its windy snowing freezing cold and a girl
who stays near by has an umbrella too outside shes had it for years.
I think as long as they get a chance to get used to the cold gradually
they will be fine.

Well, if the neighbors are cool with it, then that's a good thing. We don't want any angry neighbors (do we)!! Good luck, make sure to let us know what you decide!! :)
