Oh no..I think I know what she's doing

For the last two days, Humphrey has been walking all over the room, and she (I'm going to try to remember to call her she in this post) keeps sitting on the back of one sofa, looking down behind and between it and the sofa next to it. Basically it is a big dark hole, and she keeps standing on the edge of the sofa looking down into the hole. A friend is here with me, and I was saying to him, "why on earth is Humphrey looking down there all afternoon?" and then it hit me - is she thinking of making a nest? You may remember that she has been acting a bit funny, and some of you suggested she was hormonal. Do you think she's checking out potential nest sites?

I dunno about POW's but that would surely be nesting behavior for an ekkie! Eclectus females get very possesive of their chosen nest areas and will atttack feet if you come to close! I wonder what Humphrey will do? I would think it's best to keep her outta there!
