they are fighting

My sister has just got two cockatiel boys and whenever she gets them out of the cage they fight "big time" for attention......

Any advice??

Take the cockatiels out at different times for one on one attention. IF they were to be taken out at the same time, might try to not give either of them attention to keep them from fighting for it unless it just doesn't matter where they are... But giving them one on one alone time and not together might help...
