cockatiel feathers?
Hi' I have a cinnamon cockatiel. She was very small at 8 weeks so I didn't sell her. I have now noticed that her wing feathers are growing downward. I seem to remember something about this being an indicator of illness. She eats, plays and seems fine in all ways. Does anyone know what causes this.
