Anyone know what kind of bird this is?

Hi. I adopted this bird several months ago when my aunt passed away. I do not know what kind she is. My aunt thought that she is some type of Conure. Does anyone recognize this type of bird? Her name is Billy. Thanks.

Totally looks like a brown-throated. Might be a Cactus, but I dunno. I can't tell if it has any blue flights.

Well... it IS a conure. And in the Aratinga line! That should be SOME help... as care and traits for most the Aratingas is pretty much the same.

Yes, she has turquoise and navy blue flight feathers. Her belly feathers are coming back in (a former plucker) and they are bright orange. Thanks for your response. I love her no matter what kind she is!

Thanks for all of your replies. I will do some more reading on the conures so that I can provide her the best care possible. Thanks again!
