With cats or not?

I have two cats. They're both less than 2-yrs old, and have been neutered and front-declawed. Can I have a bird that comes out to play with safety?

My cats will gaze longingly out the window and gnash their teeth at any birds they see...

And no, I wasn't kidding either. Haven't I seen where people say their parrots will not back down to dogs and cats? Also, my cats aren't really all that tough, they just act that way ... I think.

I own 3 dogs along with a cat, and need-less-to-say the birds own them! My cat is declawed and going on 3 this year; he weighs in at a whopping 16 pounds and would rather run than have to tangle with one of the birds. I say it depends on your household and the temperment of the cat!

lol, I don't remember if I told the board this or not yet,lol... but in Canada we have a show called "This Hour has 22minutes" A comedy newscast, and on special days one of the newscast members goes to America and ask them questions.

For example... -Will you sign this petition for the rhino hunt in Vancouver?
-Do you think Canada should get a Navy, even though we
don't have any bordering oceans?
-Did you know Canada just recieved the priveledge to own
dogs?

Don't get me started on the Amercian IQ Joel! Proven fact, Canadians KNOW MUCH MUCH MORE about American history, than that of Americans knowing Canadian history

NOW...wow!Bells ringing here, only history snow and trees, eh? Its not that Canada has no history? Infact the truth is that Canada has more history than the all the states combined, in our SECOND LARGEST country. Its just that most Americans are too arogant to realize there is another country besides themselves... if you guys don't like what ever other country...you blow them up.

Crebain, Canada has history. Maybe we don't have the history of the first Man on the moon. BUT! Instead we have our own history. The Canadians have a history involving peace, love, and CONSIDERATION.

Also, most Americans never even realized Canadians invented things. It was in Canada the telephone was invented, there was the goldrush, and that even insulin(ACTUALLY its from my city that insulin was created, and without it thousands of yes, even Americans would be kissing the coffin roof) was created for diabetes, as well with one of sciences most imporant needs an electron microscope. Yes, Americans invented tons too, but juist bringing to a point that not everything is techniqully owned, and made by the bombers.

So, we have no history? Time to take a google search...........
