Whats Wrong With my Tiels Feet HELP!!

My cockatiel has something wrong with his feet. He is not able to grip things like his perch and sometimes falls down. He eats normal and drinks water. His problem is not being able to grip things I have noticed that his feet are growing like small bumps (tumors) and its weird. He is able to walk and move around the cage. Its almost like his feet are becoming stiff. Is there something like bird artheriatus? Does anyone know what the problem is? Help Thank You.

Your bird needs to be seen by a certified avian vet now. I don't know what the problem is, but it doesn't sound like something you can treat unassisted.

What do you use for perches??? Are his perches covered in sand or all perches those used for helping to trim their nails??? If so, you should remove them. If its not due to the perching, then how old is he??? Some birds may become a bit stiff as they grow older, however rarely. I saw an amazon that was 51 years old, and in the family for 3 generations. He's still looking healthy and fine as ever!

You may want to get him avian vet checked as quickly as possible to see if there is anything that may be bothering his feet or if he may have some illness. My only thought to these bumps is his perching which may be irritating his feet.
