Leave her alone, and just leave the nestbox alone to. She may think that her environment is not right for raising chicks, or may be upset with her mate (some females hate their mates even if they mate with them). Just let her be and watch her. If she doesn't want to breed or raise chicks she wont. If she will, she will!
