Fruits and Veggies for GCC

I just got my green cheek, SoCo, yesterday, and I know that fruits and veggies are good for them.

I breed Sugar Gliders, I have 17 to be exact, and every week, I mix together huge bowls of fruits and veggitables. 3 different fruits and 3 different veggies every week.

I figured I would feed SoCo some of the mix every night too. For example, this weeks mix is peppers, cucumber, grapes, corn, oranges and apples. Next week, it might be, tomatoes, corn, carrots, papaya, mango, and watermelon.

Would a mix like this be safe to feed SoCo? Is there anything specific that he wouldn't be able to eat? Things to watch out for?

I know I can also feed him cheese and pasta, I play to try those too!

Your veggie list looks okay. Dice it up small. Most birds like small veggie/fruit chunks.

As for cheese be careful as this should be a treat in very small quantities. Birds are labeled as being lactose intolerant (do not use lactose free products as the process makes the product toxic to our fids). Yogurt is okay so long as it is fat free and plain. I give a small amount to my birds daily--they seem to enjoy it.

Hard cheeses like cheddar are okay in very small quantities once in a while. Soft cheeses should be avoided.
