Egg Laying
My cockatiel has layed an egg. I'm not sure how long ago she layed it, but she seems to have no interest in it. I don't know if I should leave it in the cage or remove it. I don't want to stress her out.

Since this is a couple days old, you may have already taken action, however I'll give you a quick reply in case not. You can leave the egg there for now. I'm not a cockatiel expert, so hopefully someone familiar with them will also respond. If she is a single hen and this is her first egg, she may just leave it alone. Or, she may lay more, then begin to sit on them. Generally, it's best to leave them and let her sit a couple weeks, rather than remove the eggs right away, which may cause her to lay again very soon. If she shows no interest in the egg in a few days, then just dispose of it.
