Mineral Supplements
I see many brands of liquid vitamin supplements in the pet food stores but no liquid minerals, only cuttlefish bones and mineral blocks. I know they are out there and would appreciate a recommendation from someone who uses them, specifically calcium with D3. Thanks.

I often see liquid vitamin/mineral supplements that contain both calcium and D3. I've got some around here somewhere, but I can't seem to recall where I last placed it, so I can't tell ya what's in it.
Since the majority of my birds will readily eat fresh foods I'm not really concerned too much about extra vitamins and minerals.

There are several different brands of liquid calcium. Calcivet and Calciboost are probably the best known. This is the usual formulation:
Calcium borogluconate 33g/L Vitamin D3 25000i.u/L Magnesium sulphate 2g/L If you call around you might find a local pet store that has it. I can get Morning Bird brand locally: Morning Bird Products - Calcium Plus
