baby bird help?

my baby lorikeet seems to be crying alot he is just over 3 weeks and i just fed him and he seems to still be crying he has been for about 20 mins wen do i start worrying if something is wrong?

If he has just been fed and is still crying after 20 min, I would be concerned. Ive only hand raised two birds (a Senegal and a Pionus) , but none of them did that. I would contact a DVM.

How many ccs/mls did you get into him at that last feeding? How are you feeding him? Are you feeding him the proper type formula for Lories, if different from other baby birds? Are you feeding with syringe into side of mouth, with spoon, with tube or gavage into the crop? Are you sure he has not been burned with formula that was too hot on last or earlier feeding? Has crop been emptying properly and on time? Are you keeping him properly warmed for his age? Any chance of a pic of your brooder setup and the baby?
