new batch a hit!!

I just made a new batch of bread for the fids. It was a huge hit!!! This one didn't look so good to me when it was done but I'm not the one it needs to impress.

I used Bob's Red Mill cornbread and muffin mix for the base I guess you could call it. The whole bag. 3 eggs, shells and all. Instead of water I use Pomegranate juice. It calls for oil and I use half what it asks for virgin olive oil. (how do they know the olive was a virgin?)

I make a mess of a mash to add to it too!! Cooked up a spaghetti squash (added the seeds raw before baking), a couple garnet yams (no steamer so I boil lightly), a small bag of each frozen corn, peas, and a bag of Mexican delight this time. Flax seed. Papaya. Zucchini. Wild rice blend (cooked). That was all. It made quite a glop after it went threw the food processor, all but the frozen stuff.
Baked it an hour at 350 degrees in two pans. hehe 9 x 13 and a 8 x 8.
I had enough glop left over to freeze 3 bags to add to their regular mash too!!
It was still really moist when I pulled it out so it could have cooked more but it holds together well and the fids devoured it. Success!!
