need MASH recipe for african grey

Hi there....
does anyone have recipe for mash for an african grey who is a bit under weight and chewing his feathers?

1 large sweet potatoe
1 tbs of peanut butter (low sodium and sugar free) if possible if not regular will do
1 small can of crushed pinapple.

Microwave sweet potate about 5 minutes or till soft. Add peanut butter and crushed pinapple (drained). Feed

you can substitue peanut butter for some Frozen concentrated OJ
