Nutty Fruit Rollups

I thought this one up this afternoon. I'll serve it tomorrow instead of brunch.

large flour tortilla
peanut butter
chopped mango and chopped banana (or whatever fruit is ripe and begging to be eaten)

Spread tortilla with peanut butter and cover whole thing with chopped fruit. Roll up and secure with toothpick. Return to frig for about an hour. Slice in wheels and serve as appropriate for species.

Sounds delicious to me Nancy. Got all that stuff around right now so I think I'll go make some up for myself, for a snack & maybe give some to the birds. If they see me they will probably start their usual "YUM-YUM Good" begging phrase.

Allright now, got to get back to work, taking just too many breaks lately goofying with y'all. :)

Sounds gross to me! LOL I don't like nuts, let alone peanut butter! Though for some reason I still eat PB&J sandwhiches, and sometimes will eat PB cookies (if not too nutty tasting), and may even eat brownies (as long as they are not too nutty, once again! LOL Unlike my sister, I'm not a nut-head!!! :straight: ).

Well, I still buy peanuts anyway... though I'm not the one eating them! I give them to Noel as treats, as she loves them! Sadly to say though, I had a friend get into NOEL'S peanuts, and I couldn't keep her away from them! That was a while ago though...

Noel is usually the only one who understands how to eat 'odd' food, such as mashed potatoes and yogurt, though I've tried feeding her veggie tortillas before, and well she didn't quite take to them.. I guess I should try again with the Nutty Fruit Roll, though!
