Inn answer to your questions: most birds are lactose intolerant, however many tolerate hard cheeses, in small quantities just fine.
Honey isn't recommended because it tends to be very high in bacteria. That's also why small human children shouldn't be fed it. As for raisins, if they are simply sun dried with no sulpher added, they are fine in very small amounts. Unfortunately, they are also high in iron and that's not good for birds. Frankly, feed a grape or two instead. You bird will prefer that anyway. And, you can easily cook with grapes. You can make your own basic corn bread and eliminate salt and sugar. Your bread will be tougher and won't rise very much, however. Or, you could add applesauce instead of the oil and lessen the amount of liquids. I don't have my recipe in front of me, and I tend to be a scratch cook anyway.
