Here are some treats that you and your bird can enjoy!


Macaroni and Cheese
2 tbs. butter
4 tps. flour
1 cup skim millk
1/2 cup cooked macaroni
or green bell pepper,optional

In a large sauce pan over med. heat,melt butter,add flour and cook for one minute.Add milk and cook until mixture thickens.Add cheese and cook,stirring until melted.Add macaroni and stir to coat.For variety,add chopped broccoli or
peppers.

I've made this recipe and it's AWESOME. However, I give Pumpkin some of the plain, unsalted pasta. He loves it.
