Fruit and nut salad

This is not for both you and you pet.BIRD ONLY SHOULD CONSUME!!!

Fruit and Nut Salad
1 can (81/4 oz.) pineapple slices
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 medium banana,sliced
3 cups finley shredded cabbage
1 cup thinley dried celery
1 can (11 oz.)Mandarin orange segments,drained
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
1 carton (8 oz.) orangr yogurt

Drain pineapple,reseving 2 tbs. syrup.Cut pineapple in chunks and set aside.
Combine reserved syrup and lemon juice.Coat banana slices with 1 tbs. of the
juice mixture and set remaning juice aside.In largr bowl,combine pineapple,
banana.cabbage,celery,oranges,nuts,and raisins.Blend reserved juice
mixture with yogurt.Add cabbage mixture and toss lightley to coat.Cover
and chill.

Question on this receipe... is it suppossed to be thinly chopped celery? If not where do I get thinly dried celery? can I use celery seed? how long is this salad good for? TIA
