Parrot Mini Muffins

today i got really bored (day off)
and i decided to make ajax some mini muffins

i'm making 4 different types
i'm using a "master" batter mixture
and splitting them up to make the different types

1. berry explosion
2. bean mix
3. peaking veggie
4. nut surprise


anywho it's getting really really tiring as i started at 4pm and it's now 9:30
i wished ihad more mini muffin pans but i only have 2
and bla
plus i had to make dinner for bf and i so i took a 2 hour break

lols

i'll take pics as soon as i'm done and upload them

i hope ajax will like them

i'm making a bit extra cuz i'm bringing some to the birds at work for a treat

The muffins look incredible...has ajax completed a quality check? What a nice treat for all the birds!

the basic batter containes
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup baby cereal
1 cup yellow corn mean
1 tbs baking powder
3 eggs
2 cans baby fruit puree
2 cups juice
water

mix it all to make a runny batter and seperate quantities to add different toppings


it's a lot of work making mini muffins

i must of made like 6 or 7 dozen

hmm ajax is not a big fan of "new" foods
cuz he's scared it will kill him but he did take a few nibbles
so that's good


all the other parrots loved it at work

so msut of been good
