French Fries Recipe?

so tonite we had roasted chicken and french fries for dinner

ajax was on hsi shower perch (about 3 ft from me)
and he seemed like he really wanted my fries (these are the ones u buy and bake yourself)

anywas i gave him about 1" of one french freis and we didn't add salt or anything to it

he really enjoyed it

is there a recipe that someone know of that i can make something similar and healthier for ajax to eat?

and he really really loved eating the french fries i gave him

only thing i could think of is cutting the potatoes into sticks and sticking them into the oven to bake them... should work but i've never tried it

Try sweet potato fries. Sweet potatoes are really good for them. Cut them into sticks and bake with a little olive oil. Mine absolutely loves them.

That's what I was going to suggest. They're better for you as well.
