Baby rio's Birdie calzone

this is a very simple receipe I made for baby rio and he loves it.

1 Pkg. of instant pizza dough (jiffy makes them)
1 jar of baby food(any flavor Baby Rio's fav is sweet potatoes)
1/2 C mixed veggies
1/2 C sheredded carrot
1/2 C chopped peppers
1/2 C shredded cheese
parmasagn cheese
red pepper flakes

Pre-heat oven to 425. Mix pizza dough as Pkg. directions. form rectangle on a sprayed pizza or cookie sheet. let dough rest for about 5 minutes. spread jarred baby food on dough( like pizza sauce). you can use as much or as lil as you like. then layer other toppings one after the other, leaving out red pepper flakes and parmasgn cheese. When all are on, roll dough up like a burrito and sprinkle with parmasagn cheese and red pepper flake. bake as directed on dough package. let cool and slice into rounds.

LOL I know what you mean, i put a receipe section in baby rio's baby birdie book, and it is thicker than the rest of the book. i will say that i have made them all and so far they are worth the print!
