Layered salad

I've been doing the layered salad mix for my birds for a about 3 weeks now and finding it goes down really well. From my point of view it saves time (one batch with the layering technique lasts for about 4 days in the fridge), keeps me honest that I am putting a huge variety of fruit and veg into the mix and most importantly the birds (from budgies through to conures) all eat it. The only one who won't eat it is my 'too, but she likes big chunks that she can pick up.
Just wondering what others opinions are of this mix.

I love the layered salad mix and so do my birds (conure, keets and amazon). It's pretty easy and keeps for a few days in the fridge which is always good. :)

I tried the layered salad with my eclectus who will eat absolutely anything. She hated it so I wound up throwing it all away.

I've been lucky with my crowd, even the fussy fisher lovies gave in to temptation after a week of it getting put consistantly in their cage. Just the GSC2 who won't touch it, but 1 out of 19 isn't too bad.
