I love the smell of it the first 24 hours its sprouting.

I mix it in with the rest of the batch I use to sprout. Put it in my container, soak it over night, rinse real good and drain. Keep it in a dark corner and rinse twice a day and its usually ready the third day.

Quinoa is one of the best grains you can offer your birds! I just bought a bag from Vitamin Cottage and plan to sprout it as soon as I get the rest of the equipment.
