Super glop (kind of sweet potato balls)

thats the best I could come up with. Its a wild variation of the sweet potato balls Sweet Potato Balls

My birds love it so far. It sure didn't look real appatizing but it did smell good.

2 large sweet potatos (garnet yams in my store)
3 large bananas
1 cup dried diced fruits
1 cup dried cranberries
between 1/4 and 1/2 cup flax seed
1/2 pound (1/2 bag) frozen seasoned corn and black bean mix
small bag slivered almonds
1 tea spoon red palm oil
1 heaping cup corn flakes or oat meal

cook the sweet potatos put it all in a large bowl and mix it together. I then refrigerated for a couple hours to get it cold so it was easier to handle. Then used a dinner spoon to size the balls. Sophie gets one ball and the other three get a half of one each. I keep out enough for a couple three days and freeze the rest.

I had to edit to add corn flakes to the list. Its the glue that holds it together. Oat meal will work too
