Why bother when I already make human grade, mostly organic BIRDIEBREAD™ Cones & Muffins -Homemade and Avian Approved for the FIDS of Indulgent Parronts!

Here's a link that you might want to look at before you go to the expense, time, and effort of making and storing cases of cones that you may or may not use. I make the finished product as a convenience for you and they are shipped USPS Priority and arrive fresh in 2-3 days. They can be refrigerated for up to a week and frozen up to 2 months. Here is what other BIRDBOARD members have to say.....

OR ,

if you entered the Photo Contest this month ,you might WIN BIRDIEBREAD™ Cones and Muffins!! You might also find a monthly auction on Ebay later this week.

I'll be happy to answer any questions you might have either here or on the GINICH's BIRDIEBREAD thread. If you would like to subscribe to the monthly CHIRPS and SQUAWKS BIRDIEBREAD™ Newsletter, just PM me your regular email because the pdf is too large to upload here.

I use the small cones from Walmart[1/2 box]Follow directions on a small box of Hodgeson Mill oatmeal muffin mix.I substitute water and blended vegetables for milk.Fill each 2/3 full.Bake till toothpick comes out clean.Cool, freeze, store in zipper bag [unless you have lots of birds].

Be careful of the ingredients in the cones from Walmart-'nuf said... The ones I use only have 5 calories, no sugar and all ingredients are grown and manufactured in the USA.

They replied can get them at most wal-marts, or order directly from them at $16 per case + shipping. This is 12 boxes of 60, and will keep for 18 months in a dry place.

I just bought these in HEB. I posted a scan of the Nutrition label in the Bird Board Discussion thread. I'm double checking the safety of them before I use them. They seem to be ok, very little sodium, 0% iron (this is with 3 cones as a serving) so I assume one cone will be fine. Check that thread for more info if anybody replies :)

I hope they are OK since it seems like something I could use. However, Gini has birdie bread available also, only I don't know what the shipping is to where I'm located. It will probably add up when the shipping is included. Anyone in the NorthEast USA gotten them?

But with the cones, you can make anything and use it, but it means cooking and finding out which are the best recipes. I guess I'll try both!
