Help baking birdie bread in a cone

I found mini cones at Wal-Mart. Can anyone tell me how long I bake them and at what temp?

(7 days to Bobbie day!)

I still haven't made the birdie bread cause my oven is messed up. Here is the recp I have, maybe it will help: Crystal

Birdie Bread

1 cup of plain yellow corn meal
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup of apple sauce (I use unsweeted, organic)
1/2 cup of apple juice
1/2 cup of peas, broccoli etc
1/3 cup of grated carrot
1/3 cup of cooked white or brown rice
1/3 cup of pellets or seeds

preheat oven to 350deg. mix above incredients well, and spread in a 8x8 glass pan. bake for 35min. DONE

I cut it into 1-2cm squares and the freeze it. the squares can be thawed seperately by heating in the microwave for 30sec.

Wa-Hoo-a recipe totally from scratch. Most I have seen start out with Jiffy Mix. Thanks Crystal -this will help. Only 6 days until Bobbie arrives!

another idea too is to bake them as mini muffins. I bought a mini muffin pan and mini muffin papers, make a few different kinds and freeze them. Easy to thaw out too and, in my opinion, less work because you just take them out of the pan and pop them in a freezer bag. No cutting.

Check the ingredient list, the sugar and calorie content and the country they were made in-not distributed by. -since you are obviously concerned about healthy ingredients, you may want to rethink those Walmart cones......
